Spring/Summer Ride Series (updated August 12)
SCC NewsWant to keep that post-MS150 high going? Looking for opportunities to maintain that level of fitness you worked so hard to build over the last few months?

For those of you who are looking for opportunities to ride, we are planning a series of club rides during the spring and summer. We hope to have a monthly SAG-supported ride beginning May 17th from Columbus.

There are a series of upcoming charity rides, including May 10th's Columbus Rolling Hills Challenge, May 17th's Pedaling the Prairie from Katy Mills mall. In June, the Fayetteville Good Old Summertime Classic on June 1st and the Tour de Braz on June 8th offer fully supported riding opportunities. Links to details on these rides can be found on the SCC website/calender.

There will also be a group of riders training for the Bicycle Tour of Colorado trip for the next 2 months. We will have 1-2 unsupported rides each weekend through mid-June. Anyone is welcome to join us on these rides. As these are unsupported rides, you will need to bring your own everything - food, fluids, money to replenish both at convenience store, spare tubes and repair kits, etc.

Rides begin at 7:30AM, unless otherwise noted. Ride maps and gps files are posted on the SCC calender. Here is the proposed schedule:
26-Apr - Brookshire VI
