| Articles: 2007 SCC MS150 Training Ride Summaries | |
| Brookshire 1, Jan 27
We had 38 riders from Royal HS in Brookshire roll-out at 10:15. The delayed start was just the ticket. We had great conditions for the ride. However, the rain earlier in the morning scared away most of the more than 100 who had signed up. These things happen. Many thanks to our SAG support; Pinar, Allison, Page & Randy. Great job!
Weather forecast for Saturday is fairly cold. Make sure to dress for it. There is a cold weather article under "Articles". Read it.
Regarding the weather, Geir, our retrospective Norwegian, offered this tidbit from good old Ben Franklin; "Be of good Courage. Bad Weather does not last always in any Country."

Fulshear 1, Jan 13
We had 160 riders on a very mild first ride, about 45 were beginners. This is a great turn-out. The new riders were escorted and coached along the short route by Shann, Charlie, Billy, George, Bill, Stuart, Steve and me. There were no injuries reported and only 3 sag's back to the start. SAG volunteers were Jorge, Jim, Kim and Kelly, coordinated by Geir. Fantastic job! (Geir did I leave someone out?) Click read more!0 Comments 274 Reads
