| Why I am not receiving activation email or newsletter from SCC?
Please check your SPAM (Gmail), BULK (Yahoo), Junk (Hotmail), etc.. depending on what is your mail server or mail client. If you can see the email on one of you filtered folder, please add slbsupports@slbcycling.com to your buddy list (or contact) list so the future email would go straing to your InBox.
I have Road Runner email account and I am not receiving any newsletter or email from Slbcycling.com, why?
We've found out that Road Runner has blocked all mail from slbcycling.com, due to security risks according to RR. Please use alternative email account if you have one such as yahoo, hotmail, or google. There is nothing we can do since this is RR policy.
I've click on the activate link that I've received, what's next?
Once you have click on the acitivated link, please wait a few hours for the Site Administrator to activate your account. Once this is done, you will be able to log into slbcycling.com web site.
